TechEx '26: Integration Sweepstake

These terms and conditions apply to the prize draw “Request a free Integration Quickscan and enter for a chance to win 20 hours of free consulting & implementation” (hereinafter: the “Promotion”), organised by Teknuro B.V. (hereinafter: “Teknuro”). By participating in the Promotion, the participant declares that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

1. Organiser
1.1 The Promotion is organised by Teknuro B.V., with its registered office at Hoenderkamp 20, 7815 VZ Emmen, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 97120022, and contactable via info@teknuro.com and +31 (0)85 369 58 89.

1.2 The Promotion is intended to promote the free Integration Quickscan and Teknuro’s integration and automation services.

1.3 The Promotion constitutes a promotional game of chance and is organised in accordance with the Dutch Code of Conduct for Promotional Games of Chance.

2. Promotion Period
2.1 The Promotion runs from 1 October 2026 up to and including 31 December 2026 at 23:59 Netherlands time (hereinafter: the “Promotion Period”).

2.2 Applications received after the end of the Promotion Period will not be eligible for the Prize. The time at which Teknuro receives the fully completed application form will be decisive.

3. Participation
3.1 Participation in the Promotion takes place by requesting a free Integration Quickscan during the Promotion Period via the application form at https://www.teknuro.com/contact/ (or via the QR code on the promotional card) and by completing the form fully and truthfully.

3.2 Participation is free of charge. No purchase is required, and there are no costs associated with participation other than the usual costs of internet access.

3.3 Participation is open exclusively to legal entities and natural persons acting in the course of a profession or business (business participants) established in a Member State of the European Union or the European Economic Area. The individual completing the form does so on behalf of the organisation for which they work or which they are authorised to represent.

3.4 The individual completing the form must be at least 18 years old.

3.5 Only one entry per organisation will be accepted, determined on the basis of its Chamber of Commerce or trade register number, or alternatively its company name and registered address. Multiple applications submitted by the same organisation will count as one entry.

3.6 Employees of Teknuro, companies affiliated with Teknuro, parties involved in organising this Promotion, and members of their households are excluded from participation.

3.7 Teknuro reserves the right to exclude participants who provide incorrect, incomplete or misleading information, who act in breach of these terms and conditions, or who manipulate or attempt to manipulate the Promotion in any way.

3.8 Participation in the Promotion does not oblige the participant to purchase any services from Teknuro. Requesting the free Integration Quickscan and any subsequent discussions are entirely non-binding.

4. The Prize
4.1 One (1) Prize will be awarded by random draw among all valid participants: 20 hours of free consulting and implementation services provided by Teknuro for the first integration project of the winning organisation (hereinafter: the “Prize”). The approximate economic value of the Prize is €2,000 excluding VAT, based on Teknuro’s standard hourly rate.

4.2 The Prize consists of service hours provided by Teknuro consultants, which may include consulting, design, configuration, implementation and/or guidance. The allocation and use of these hours will be agreed between Teknuro and the winner and must fall within Teknuro’s areas of expertise, including system integrations, Celigo, APIs, AI and automation.

4.3 The Prize does not include software or integration platform licence costs, such as Celigo, NetSuite, Salesforce or other applications, third-party costs, travel expenses outside the Netherlands, or any hours exceeding the 20 hours included in the Prize. Additional work will only be performed following written instruction and will be charged at Teknuro’s then-current rates.

4.4 The Prize is awarded specifically to the winning organisation, is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services or goods.

4.5 The Prize hours must be used within twelve (12) months following the announcement of the winner. Any unused hours will expire after this period without any right to compensation.

4.6 Teknuro’s general terms and conditions apply to the delivery of the Prize, on the understanding that no fee will be charged for the 20 hours included in the Prize.

4.7 Any gambling tax or similar tax payable in connection with the Prize will be borne by Teknuro.

5. Draw and Announcement
5.1 The winner will be selected no later than 15 January 2027 by means of an impartial random draw from all valid entries. One (1) draw will take place. The result will be announced on teknuro.com/te26 no later than three (3) months after the end of the Promotion Period.

5.2 The winner will be personally informed by email and/or telephone within five (5) working days following the draw, using the contact details provided in the application. Teknuro will not enter into correspondence regarding the outcome with participants who have not won.

5.3 If the winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days following the first notification, or if it becomes apparent that the winner does not comply with these terms and conditions, their entitlement to the Prize will lapse and Teknuro will select another winner through a new random draw.

5.4 Before awarding the Prize, Teknuro may request evidence that the winner is established within the EU/EEA and is participating in a business capacity, for example by requesting an extract from the relevant trade register.

5.5 Teknuro may publish the name of the winning organisation on its website and social media channels unless the winner objects. Publication of a customer reference or case study will only take place with the winner’s additional written consent.

6. Personal Data
6.1 The information provided by the participant through the application form, including name, job title, organisation, email address and telephone number, will be processed by Teknuro for the purposes of carrying out the Integration Quickscan, administering the Promotion, including conducting the draw, contacting the winner and awarding the Prize, and following up on the application.

6.2 Teknuro processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Further information about the processing of personal data and the rights of data subjects can be found in Teknuro’s privacy statement at [privacy statement link].

6.3 Participants will only receive commercial communications from Teknuro where this is permitted within an existing customer relationship or where the participant has provided consent when submitting the application. Participants may unsubscribe at any time.

6.4 Participants’ data will not be sold to third parties and will not be retained for longer than necessary for the purposes described above or for as long as required by an applicable statutory retention period.

7. Liability
7.1 Teknuro will exercise the utmost care in organising the Promotion. Nevertheless, Teknuro will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the Promotion, technical failures, including applications not being received or being received late due to network, software or hardware failures, incorrect or incomplete information provided by the participant, or the use of the Prize, except in the case of wilful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of Teknuro.

7.2 Teknuro will not be liable for the consequences of amendments to the Promotion or the termination of the Promotion pursuant to Article 8.

8. Amendment and Termination
8.1 Teknuro reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to extend, modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion where circumstances reasonably require this, for example as a result of changes in legislation or regulations, fraud or technical problems. Any amendment will be announced at teknuro.com/te26 and will not adversely affect valid entries already received, unless such amendment is required by law.

8.2 In situations not covered by these terms and conditions, Teknuro will make the final decision.

9. Complaints and Governing Law
9.1 Questions, comments or complaints relating to the Promotion may be submitted to Teknuro B.V., Hoenderkamp 20, 7815 VZ Emmen, the Netherlands, or by email to info@teknuro.com, stating “Quickscan Prize Draw” in the subject line. Teknuro aims to process complaints within fifteen (15) working days.

9.2 These terms and conditions and the Promotion are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent court of the District Court of the Northern Netherlands, Assen location.

9.3 Participants established outside the Netherlands are responsible for complying with any local regulations applicable to participation in promotional games of chance. If participation from a particular country is prohibited by law, participants from that country are excluded from the Promotion.

9.4 If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be null and void or voidable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, and the relevant provision will be replaced by a valid provision that reflects the purpose and intent of the original provision as closely as possible.
