Who we are
Teknuro began in 2024 as a freelance initiative and developed into a company founded by Vladimir and Nuri Ensing. It grew from their experience in two closely connected areas: system integration and digital transformation.
Nuri had already spent years designing and delivering integrations for organisations ranging from small businesses to global enterprises, including Google, Cargill and Huntsman. His expertise lies in connecting complex systems, translating business requirements into technical solutions and solving the data and logic challenges that arise between them.
Vladimir built his career in digital transformation, business operations and organisational leadership. He held senior roles at international technology companies including ASUS, Nokia, Microsoft and HMD Global, where he gained extensive experience managing complex programmes, teams and organisational change.
Together, they recognised that successful transformation requires more than implementing software. A solution must work technically, but it must also support the organisation, its people and its wider business objectives.
That combination continues to shape Teknuro today. Nuri brings the integration and automation expertise, while Vladimir contributes the strategic and organisational perspective. Both founders remain directly involved, from understanding the initial challenge to delivering a solution that works in practice.

What we do
We connect business systems and automate the processes between them.
Instead of relying on disconnected scripts, spreadsheets and manual workarounds, we create a central integration layer through which systems and data can work together reliably.
As an official Celigo partner, we use Integration Platform as a Service technology to manage and orchestrate integrations across the organisation. Where appropriate, we also work with n8n, APIs and custom development.

We begin by understanding your business before designing or building anything. Our delivery model is built around five core stages.

2. Solution design
We design the flows, mappings, validations, error handling, and monitoring.
3. Implementation
We build in Celigo, n8n, or bespoke/custom code — standard where possible, bespoke where necessary.
4. Go-live and training
We test with real scenarios, guide the go-live, and transfer knowledge to key users.
5. Optimalisation
We monitor, improve, and provide support after go-live, so that the integration continues to run reliably.
Meet the team
Nuri Ensing — CTO & Founder
Nuri has been working for more than 13 years in software development and enterprise integrations, with projects for organizations such as Cargill, Shell, and Google. At Teknuro, he personally leads every project, from integration architecture and data models to the final go-live.
His specializations: SAP Ariba integrations, PunchOut solutions, ERP and CRM integrations, Celigo and n8n. He translates unclear integration problems into concrete data flows, mappings, and working solutions.
Vladimir Ensing — Managing Director & Founder
Vladimir leads Teknuro's focus on business and digital transformation — translating integration and automation challenges into strategy, scope, and governance that deliver tangible business outcomes. He guides clients through operations, project structure, and client relationships, not only during implementation but in the decisions that shape it beforehand.
Swapnil Kapadnis — NetSuite Administrator
Swapnil strengthens Teknuro’s NetSuite and integration capabilities, translating complex ERP, finance and operational requirements into stable, scalable solutions. He supports clients across NetSuite administration, Celigo integrations, incident resolution and production monitoring, ensuring day-to-day operations remain reliable while the platform continues to evolve.
