Who we are
Teknuro began in 2024 as a freelance initiative and developed into a company founded by Vladimir and Nuri Ensing. It grew from their experience in two closely connected areas: system integration and digital transformation.
Nuri had already spent years designing and delivering integrations for organisations ranging from small businesses to global enterprises, including Google, Cargill and Huntsman. His expertise lies in connecting complex systems, translating business requirements into technical solutions and solving the data and logic challenges that arise between them.
Vladimir built his career in digital transformation, business operations and organisational leadership. He held senior roles at international technology companies including ASUS, Nokia, Microsoft and HMD Global, where he gained extensive experience managing complex programmes, teams and organisational change.
Together, they recognised that successful transformation requires more than implementing software. A solution must work technically, but it must also support the organisation, its people and its wider business objectives.
That combination continues to shape Teknuro today. Nuri brings the integration and automation expertise, while Vladimir contributes the strategic and organisational perspective. Both founders remain directly involved, from understanding the initial challenge to delivering a solution that works in practice.

We begin by understanding your business before designing or building anything. Our delivery model is built around five core stages.

2. Solution design
We design the flows, mappings, validations, error handling, and monitoring.
3. Implementation
We build in Celigo, n8n, or bespoke/custom code — standard where possible, bespoke where necessary.
4. Go-live and training
We test with real scenarios, guide the go-live, and transfer knowledge to key users.
5. Optimalisation
We monitor, improve, and provide support after go-live, so that the integration continues to run reliably.
Meet the team
Nuri Ensing — CTO & Founder
Nuri brings extensive experience in software development, enterprise integrations and complex business systems, with projects for organizations including Cargill, Shell and Google. As CTO, he shapes Teknuro’s technical direction and solution architecture while remaining closely involved in complex integration challenges and development. His expertise spans ERP integrations, SAP Ariba, PunchOut, APIs, Celigo, n8n and custom development, translating business requirements into robust, scalable solutions and leading projects from architecture and data modelling through development, testing and go-live.
Vladimir Ensing — Managing Director & Founder
Vladimir brings extensive international experience in digital transformation, operations and customer experience, including leadership roles across global technology organizations such as Nokia, Microsoft and HMD Global. He combines strategic thinking with hands-on experience in business transformation, automation, AI and operational improvement. At Teknuro, he translates complex integration and automation challenges into clear strategy, scope and governance, guiding clients from early-stage decision-making and solution design through implementation and continuous improvement.
Swapnil Kapadnis — NetSuite Administrator & Developer
Swapnil strengthens Teknuro’s NetSuite and integration capabilities, combining hands-on NetSuite administration with technical development. He translates complex ERP, finance and operational requirements into reliable, scalable solutions, supporting clients with NetSuite configuration, SuiteScript development, Celigo integrations, troubleshooting and production monitoring. His work helps ensure day-to-day operations remain stable while enabling continuous improvement and automation across the platform.
Hemant Joshi — NetSuite & Integration Consultant
Hemant brings extensive experience across NetSuite, Shopify and other business platforms, including integration development with Celigo and Boomi, alongside EDI and B2B expertise. At Teknuro, he combines business and system analysis with hands-on technical development. His work spans NetSuite customisation, application development and trading partner integrations, helping clients turn complex requirements into practical solutions that automate processes and improve how information moves across their business.
Giambattista Malvasi - Business Central Solution Architect
Giambattista brings more than a decade of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics NAV, combining deep technical expertise with a strong understanding of ERP operations and business processes. As Founder of Medev Consulting, he specializes in Business Central development, solution architecture and integrations across complex international environments. His expertise spans logistics, supply chain, finance and intercompany processes, translating complex requirements into reliable, scalable solutions from analysis and development through implementation and continuous improvement.
